Puttawong entered the world of T20 International cricket in January 2019, marking her debut against Myanmar. Unfortunately, she missed the opportunity to be part of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Qualifier in 2019. However, her determination and consistent performances in domestic cricket couldn’t be denied, leading to her return to the national squad.
Her standout performances in the domestic arena, especially with the Northern Queens, showcased her prowess as a medium pacer. In just five matches, she took eight wickets, with remarkable figures of 3-17 and 3-13. These performances paved the way for her inclusion in Thailand’s squad for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup in 2020.
