Sara McGlashan is back for her second season in the Women’s National Cricket League with the Meteors for 2015-16. Prior to her cricket career, she was a New Zealand under-19s soccer international and even played a season in the national league. However, her focus eventually shifted towards cricket, and she’s made quite an impact. With 193 international matches for the White Ferns under her belt since 2002, she’s brought a wealth of experience to the team. In her first season with the Meteors, she scored 163 runs at an impressive average of 54.33, including two half-centuries. Her all-round skills and experience make her a valuable asset to the team.
