About Josh Inglis

Though born in England, Josh Inglis was raised in Western Australia and made his first-class debut for the Cricket Australia XI in 2015 against the touring West Indies team. The versatile wicketkeeper-batter earned a Western Australia contract for the 2016-17 season, but it wasn’t until the 2019-20 summer that Inglis really began to make his mark. The following BBL season, Inglis again exceeded 400 runs and had impressive performances for London Spirit in the inaugural Hundred tournament. By this point, Inglis had caught the attention of Australian selectors and made his international debut in February 2022 in a T20 against Sri Lanka at home. This was followed by his ODI debut away to Sri Lanka in June 2022.
