Chadd Sayers, a tall fast-bowler hailing from the central-west of New South Wales, commenced his professional career with New South Wales in 2012. He displayed promise by making his first-class debut against Victoria, securing three wickets in each innings. This success continued, as he managed a superb 5-57 against Tasmania in only his third match. Despite these early accomplishments, the majority of his time with the Blues was spent playing in the Futures League.
In 2014, he made the decision to move to Victoria. Despite his departure from Sydney, Sayers continued his association with the Sydney Thunder in the Big Bash League before subsequently joining the Melbourne Renegades.
